Needed a COVID test as I was travelling just to be safe, I was concerned enough to feel it best to be checked. Was processed pretty quick, very short wait and had results back within the hour. Thank you all for your help.

Every time I come in, it is a short wait. The staff is friendly and understanding. I come in with a problem and always leave with a solution! Landon is truly my saving grace when I bring my kids in. Thank you all at Basin Clinic for always being there when I’ve needed it the most.

I dunno about the other doctors but Dr Olsen is wonderful!!! I recommend him to everyone! He is very friendly, compassionate and listens to your concerns. He is also very knowledgeable and has done great in helping my husband manage his symptoms with his rare autoimmune disorder. I take my 3 yr old to him as well and he is great with kids. :)

Love Basin Clinic!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. All the ladies at the front desk are always very helpful & get me checked in super fast. They are very friendly when I’ve called to make appts. Monique & Maria are my favorites! They always make me feel like family. All the Dr’s are wonderful. Dr. B was my OB Dr and made my pregnancy enjoyable with his humor & jokes! He’s the best!! Dr. Woodward was AMAZING with my Grandma at the care center! He went above & beyond to go see her & make sure she was cared for during the covid. He also has seen/treated my kids & husband over the years. We appreciate him soooo much!! Dr. Anderson has also been a favorite. We honestly love all of them!! They truly care about the patients they treat. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We appreciate all the care we’ve received from Basin Clinic. ♥️

I have been going to see Amy Olsen for 15 years now I use urgent care in emergencies as well. I have always been treated with respect and care I'm always immediately checked in the staff is always attentive and helpful the nurses are kind and caring and as someone who has had major medical and health issues, I feel more confident with the staff at basin medical center than I ever did at university or LDS in salt lake. I don't usually leave reviews but some of the comments I read on here were less than fair or honest. I just googled to make sure the number hadn't changed because it keeps saying it's not a recognized number when I try calling.
